Dear Readers

We are here once again with Volume 5 of Cloverleaf. In the last year humanity has suffered, struggled and learnt to come to terms with the truth of existence on various levels.

Death, Suffering and Disasters are a part of this earth life and the only way forward out of their stranglehold is through harmony and empathy. This is the path put forth by enlightened souls.

This issue is therefore dedicated to peace and harmony.

Our eminent Patron, Guide and Publisher has put forth his views on Peace and Harmony in many of his valuable writings in this issue.

In his article “Elusiveness of World Peace and Harmony” he dwells on the importance of self-realization.

In his article “The Problem of Unconscious Bias in Need of Research Partnerships” he has dealt with the problems of bias and bigotry and how they block peace and harmony.

In his article “What I wish I had been taught in preschool days” he speaks about the importance of understanding the process of evolution for the purpose of spiritual evolvement.

In his article “The Practice of Enlightening and Teaching Future Generations” he speaks about the power of deep breathing and meditation.

Ayush Gaur in his paper “Anthropocene, Climate Change and Ancient Indian Learning” explicates the wisdom of the Vedas in relation to climate change.

Sidra Sohaib in her paper “Tracing the Idea of Spiritual Peace and Harmony in the Poems of Meera Bai and Emily Dickinson” brings out the eternal qualities of love, harmony and peace in the poems of two mystical poets from the east and the west respectively.

Finally I have attempted to write a piece on Thich Nhat Hanh the crusader of Peace and Harmony.

May all our readers dwell in peace and harmony and contribute to making the world a better place.
